Kris’ history

Restaurant Dewaet Meise: Kris started his career as an employee at Restaurant Dewaet Meise. Here, he worked hard and developed his skills in the hospitality industry. The beginning of his journey as the 5th generation of hospitality business in his family.

Het Bos Merchtem: After gaining valuable experience and expertise in the hospitality field, Kris decided to take a step further and open his own establishment. He became the owner and manager of the restaurant "Het Bos" in Merchtem. With great pride, Kris handed over the reins of "Het Bos" to his son, Sam, ensuring the legacy continues. To this day, Kris remains an advisor to the restaurant, providing valuable insights and support to help it thrive and grow even further.

Jilles Beer & Burger: With his entrepreneurship and management skills, Kris caught the attention of Jilles Beer & Burger. He was hired as a Training Officer and Operations Manager. In this role, he was responsible for training staff and managing daily operations.

1889 Antwerp NV: Following a successful period at Jilles Beer & Burger, Kris received an offer to work as a consultant at Fast Fine Belgium. Here, he utilized his knowledge and experience to advise and assist various restaurants in improving their operations and customer experience.

V Pizza: Due to his impressive performance as a consultant, Kris was rewarded with the position of General Manager at V Pizza. In this leadership role, he was responsible for overall restaurant management, including overseeing staff, operational processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Kris undertook a multifaceted role, encompassing transforming a bare space into a fully operational establishment, navigating permit procedures, and spearheading the recruitment and training of an entirely new team.

Present: Throughout his career, Kris has experienced remarkable growth, from a starting employee in a restaurant to a successful General Manager in the hospitality industry. His dedication, skills, and entrepreneurial spirit have helped him climb the ladder and develop himself in various aspects of the industry.

Now, Kris is leveraging his experience with NASGORO to mentor and elevate other businesses and individuals to the next level. He is determined to use his expertise to guide them towards achieving their goals and reaching new heights of success.
